Job Summary
Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Ensure resources availability and allocation
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Perform all work to meet quality and safety standards and procedures
Establish and maintain comprehensive project documentation
May be asked to perform other duties as required by business needs
Education and/or Experience
Background in Production Planning/Scheduling/Control a must
Attention to detail / detail oriented
Organized as an individual, and coherent as a team player
Understanding the importance of prioritization…driven to meet or exceed timeframes and knowing how to react when jobs hit a roadblock
Ability to read drawings
Understanding of how ERP/MRP systems work
